Born from the real-world expertise gained at Ebanks Construction, LLC, The Lead Lady is the natural next step in a mission to build safer homes and stronger communities. Through years of hands-on lead abatement work, our founder saw firsthand how underserved communities are often the most vulnerable to lead hazards—and how life-changing proper training can be.
We provide expert-lead workforce training and professional development in lead safety, giving contractors, workers, and individuals the tools they need to meet state and federal compliance standards.
