About The Lead Lady, LLC
The Lead Lady, LLC was founded with one goal in mind: Empowering Safer Communities Through Expert Lead Remediation Operations Training.
Born from the real-world expertise gained at Ebanks Construction, LLC, The Lead Lady is the natural next step in a mission to build safer homes and stronger communities. Through years of hands-on lead abatement work, our founder saw firsthand how underserved communities are often the most vulnerable to lead hazards—and how life-changing proper training can be.
We provide expert-lead workforce training and professional development in lead safety, giving contractors, workers, and individuals the tools they need to meet state and federal compliance standards. But more than that, we’re creating a legacy of women-led leadership in construction and environmental health.
At The Lead Lady, we don’t just teach lead safety—we empower people to change lives, starting with their own.

For Contractors & Employers
Why Training Matters
Lead exposure is a serious health risk—especially for children, pregnant women, and construction workers. Federal regulations now require contractors working on homes built before 1978 to be certified in lead-safe practices.
Without proper training, your business risks:
-
Violating federal and state compliance laws (EPA, HUD)
-
Costly project delays and fines
-
Liability from unsafe work environments
-
Reputational damage
With trained workers, you gain:
-
Full compliance with lead safety regulations
-
Protection for your clients and your crew
-
Competitive advantage in bidding and contracting
-
Confidence that your team is prepared for any site condition
